When do I pay?
You pay only after activation and testing. Once you confirm that everything is working, we send you the PayPal invoice.
Does the displayed price cover the full plan duration?
Yes. Each displayed price is the total service price for the selected duration and number of simultaneous connections. It is not a recurring monthly charge.
How many devices can stream at the same time?
It depends on the number of simultaneous connections you select. One connection allows one device to stream at a time, while four connections allow up to four devices to stream at the same time.
Is IBO Player activation included?
Every 12-month plan includes 12 months of IBO Player activation for the same number of connections purchased. IBO Player is not included with 1-, 3- or 6-month plans. If you choose IBO Player, Revolix can activate a 12-month licence for $6 per device, or you can use another compatible player.
When does my subscription period start?
Your paid subscription period starts on the date payment is completed. Pre-payment setup and testing do not start your paid subscription period.
Is renewal automatic?
No. Renewal is manual only. The 1-connection annual renewal is $69. Multi-connection annual plans renew at their regular price.
What happens if the setup does not work?
Our team helps activate and test the service before requesting the subscription payment. If the service cannot be confirmed as working, no subscription payment is collected.
What is the refund policy?
Payments are covered by a 7-day money-back guarantee, subject to our Refund Policy. After the initial 7-day period, partial-refund rules may apply to eligible subscriptions longer than one month.
Can I change the number of connections?
Yes. Before activation, select the number of connections you need and the service total will update automatically. For changes after payment, contact our support team to review the available options and any price difference.
